Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Maharaja Ethnics, we take care to ensure that every product is checked before dispatch. If you receive an eligible product and wish to request a return, exchange, or refund, the following conditions will apply.

1. 7-Day Return Policy

A return or exchange request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Requests made after 7 days will normally not be accepted.

All returns and refunds are subject to verification and the conditions mentioned below.

2. Conditions for Return

A product will be considered for return only if:

It is unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
All original tags and labels are attached.
It is returned in its original packaging.
There are no stains, perfume, body odour, makeup marks, alterations, or signs of use.
The customer provides the order details and proof of purchase.
The product passes our quality inspection after it is received.

Maharaja Ethnics reserves the right to reject a return if the product does not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Products

Returns or refunds may not be accepted for:

Customized or made-to-measure products.
Products altered according to customer requirements.
Used, washed, worn, damaged, or stained products.
Products without original tags.
Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling.
Products specifically marked Final Sale / Non-Returnable at the time of purchase.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Customers should provide clear photographs or videos showing the issue along with their order details.

After verification, we may provide a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the circumstances and product availability.

5. Size Issues

Customers are requested to check the product size chart carefully before ordering.

If an exchange is requested due to a size issue, it will be subject to product availability and our return conditions.

Customized, altered, or made-to-measure products may not be eligible for exchange due to size or fitting preferences.

6. Return Shipping

Unless the product delivered was incorrect, damaged, or defective due to our error, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

The product must be securely packed to prevent damage during return transportation.

Maharaja Ethnics may reject a returned product if it is received damaged because of improper packaging or customer handling.

7. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it.

If the return is approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method or another applicable method communicated by Maharaja Ethnics.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the bank, payment gateway, or payment method.

Shipping charges, COD charges, payment processing charges, or other non-refundable charges, where applicable and legally permissible, may not be included in the refund.

8. Exchange

Eligible products may be exchanged subject to stock availability.

If the replacement product has a higher price, the customer will be required to pay the difference. If an exchange cannot be provided, an eligible refund may be processed according to this policy.

9. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be made before the order is dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible and the applicable return conditions will apply after delivery.

Customized or altered orders may not be cancelled once customization or alteration work has started.

10. Refund Approval

Submitting a return or refund request does not automatically guarantee approval.

All requests are subject to verification of the order and inspection of the returned product.

Maharaja Ethnics may refuse a return, exchange, or refund where the product does not satisfy this policy, subject to applicable consumer law.
